Your signs and symptoms are suggestive of UTI. Depending on your sexual life, it could also mean we need to look at STI if you have been involved in unprotected sexual intercourse. Home remedies may be of help to you but I am not sure. I am certain that if you seek medical care, healing will be guaranteed and complications avoided in as little as a week's time. I can not say the same of remedies i have no clue about and discourage its use unless i have additional information on its safety and effectiveness.

For now, i will suggest that you consider being evaluated by your doctor. Also, drink much water and abstain fro any unprotected sex. Please, do find out if your partner, if any, has a similar problem.
