Pain In Pelvic Area, Increased Urge To Urinate. What Can It Be?

hello I have been experiencing lot of pragnancy symptoms in last 2 weeks but had negative home test. I have missed my periods, but since last few days I amd having pain in the pelvic area and increased urge to urinate.The pain is little bit mild but as the urge to urinate increases the pain also increases, what can it be

You have missed periods, but your pregnancy test is negative, and you’re having lot of urinary symptoms.
There are few possibilities of your symptoms.
The No1 being that your pregnant but you have got done your pregnancy test too early that is why it came negative.
The 2nd possibility is you’re having urinary tract infection.
Third one could be you might be having fibroid uterus that is pressing on your bladder and.
4th one could be some bladder tumor which giving you symptoms
Get your urine examination and ultra sound done to know the etiology of your symptoms
