Pain In Left Scapula And Shoulder, Arm Pit. Stress Test And Holton Monitor Test Normal. Remedy?

I get pain in my left scapula and shoulder, also goes thru into left ribs under armpit, when running. Heart thythm and pulse normal under load. Outside of exercise I sometimes get numb and tingle pinky and middle fingers left hand. I have had a normal stress test and Holten monitor. Also normal blood test, enzymes and chest X-ray. The pain after exercise dissipates. Pain during exercise is only a 0-1 on pain scale, it just makes me anxious.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the scapula and the armpit is likely to be muscular in origin since the cardiac causes have been ruled out after investigations. Taking muscle relaxants and pain killers will help in symptomatic improvement.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
