Pain in left arm, burning pain in bump on wrist. Undergone surgery for ovarian cancer. Cure?

I am having pain down my left arm starting at my shoulder through the neck area down. I now notice that I have a bump on my wrist that if I stretch my hand somehow there is a I am stretching it too far. I recently had surgery for ovarian cancer and had a total heart workup and came out fine. So I dont think the pain is for any heart trouble.. Is there something I should check further?
