Pain In Kidney Area, Light Headedness, Chest Pressure. Is This Bad?

Hi I have for the past 4 weeks or more had aching and burning pains in my kidney areas. I also get random burning and aches around the front. In the past week I feel light headed, always tired, pressure on my chest and also every know and again get aching above my right armpit and the inside of my right arm by elbow . Is this bad? Don t have a doctor round here and move again in two weeks.
