Pain In Hip. Had Hip Replacement Surgery Years Back. How To Overcome This Problem?

I need a good orthopaedic surgeon. I have a right hip replacement since 2006, and just this last year has started to bother me. I walked totally normal, and now I have to use a cane and have pain almost everyday in the side of the hip and my gait is not good. Can you help me? Send e-mail to YYYY@YYYY . I need a doctor in Bowling Green, Ky., or in Nashville, TN. Thank you.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The persistent pain in the hip after a replacement can be due to a misplaced implant or a mechanical imbalance. This needs a direct examination to find out the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
