Pain In Arm When Keeping Still. No Bruises. Pain In Shoulder Blade
Hi I am girl who is 21 years old. i am developing pain from my left muscle ( arm ). It only hurts when I keep it still. If i dont move it it gradually gets very painful. I dont remember what i did to it. i didnt pick anything heavy. There are no bruises. I am also developing pain from my right shoulder blade. thats only started today.

Try hot fomentation,and pain relievers.Use a arm sling on the affected side to keep the weight away.See orthopedist if pain doesn't subside in 3 days
