Pain In Abdomen After Having Sex Going Down To Genital Area, Unable To Move. No History Of Std In Sexual Partner. Guide

Hi doctor. i'm a girl and don't have a baby, i haven't experienced yet pregnancy, call me jane. I really want to know if my abdominal pain is a serious disease. Because we're having sex with my partner (i am surely assure my partner doesn't have an STD or aids), it wasn't our first time doing that thing but after our sex last night, i feel really painful in my abdomen and the painful feels like something is really wrong inside my womb. i cried because it hurts a lot, and i can't even stand or bend my abdominal area. the pain in my abdomen connects to all down parts until to my genital organ. i can't move. and the next morning i did not feel any pain anymore. but it (abdominal pain) happened last year, too. is it just normal? please answer. i really need to know. thank you

Hi Jane,
I’m Dr Gorai is going to answer you.
You feel the pain for once at night.
in the morning pain subsided.
See, after intercourse there is a forceful contraction of pelvic and abdominal muscles.
This gives the orgasm, the pleasure of the act.
So some muscles may go into spasmodic contraction and may lead to pain.
As it has subsided of its own and occurring only in few occasion in a year, you need not to worry.
Hope it will help.
