Pain And Ringing In The Ear After A Fall. Dizziness And Disorientation. Bleeding From Ear. Worried

I was swinging on a rope swing into the water, I landed on my side and my head hit the water hard. Sounded like a gunshot! After I got out of the water I was dizzy, kinda disorientated , and my ear was ringing very bad! Pain was instant in my left ear. A bought 4 hours have passed and the pain is worse! Can't hear out of that ear very well, and there is a bloody discharge from my ear! Your thoughts? Do I go to the hospital?
