Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection in your urethra or in your genital tract and might be giving enlarge lymph nodes in groin.
You might be having acute epididimo-orchitis as well.
Consult urologist and get examined.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.

Psychiatrist Dr. Anjana Rao Kavoor's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

You are most likely having urinary tract infection. The knot in your groin is an enlarged lymph node.
I suggest you do the following:

1. Consult your doctor and give urine sample for culture and sensitivity test.
2. Drink plenty of fluids and pas urine when you have the urge.
3. Maintain hygiene in your genital area.
4. Take prescribed medication given by your doctor.

Hope this helps
