Pain And Bleeding After Getting A Cut On The Finger. Used Soframycin. How Long Will It Take To Heal?

I had cut my finger deep along the nail side. I washd it immediately with running cold water and put a tight band aid to stop bleeding.It was paing so much. So applied lil coconut oil on the band aid. day 2 i removed the band aid, washed it with safromicin ans coved it with a cotton and plaster. it still pains. hw long would it take to heal.? can i take a pain killar tablet?

Have an X-ray to exclude bone injury...
It may take more than a month to heal, but the pain generally disappears in a week.. / Rest to the part is important (Splinting if necessary – by strapping together with the adjacent finger) / Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs like ibuprofen reduce pain & inflammation / Cold compress in first days; later warm compress - help / Keep clean; avoid infection...
