Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

You have not mentioned about the duration of your cycle. But based on the information provided i take it as 28 days. Ovulation occurs 14 days before the day your periods start. Th life span of ovum is 24-36 hours and that of sperm is 36-48 hours. Hence the days 11-17 of your cycle are considered fertile. If you have had sex during this period the chances of you getting pregnant are very high.

Occasional delay in periods is a common . Just wait for one more week for your periods to come. If your periods don't come in one week , the possibility of pregnancy is likely.

You have mentioned that you have been getting signs, but haven't mentioned any.

If you have to confirm pregnancy, then go for urine pregnancy test ( you can perform at home as these kits are freely available over the counter). Just wait for one wek and then go for the Urine pregnancy test.

Wish you a healthy life.

Take Care
