Ovulation tests positive, had intercourse, feels cramps, nausea, tender breast, pregnancy test negative. Pregnant?

I got almost 4 positive ovulation tests after my period and I had sex for days and ever since ovulation I been feeling cramps on both sides until now am 8 days late sometimes I feel pinching and pulling I also feel period pains that come and go and a mild tender breasts and felt like vomiting 4 times but I took a blood an urine test today they were both negative can I still be pregnant ?

If both your blood and urine tests are negative then pregnancy is not likely. The symptoms you are having do not conclusively indicate about pregnancy. You canm wait for a week more and repeat the tests for confirmation.
