I am 154 lbs, 5''5', Male, and 12 going on 13 in October. Am I over weight? I want to be skinnier but I can't find the right approach to lose it. I hit puberty early if that helps anything but I am also fairly active but not a fan of sports. Junior High may be my big turning point since I am entering the 7th grade. I also need more detailed tips on losing weight all around since you cannot lose weight in just one plain area of the body. Thanks.

I believe that these two ways are to eat right and healthy as well as to exercise regularly. I believe that consulting certified experts in these fields, i.e. dietetics as well as exercise physiology, would be the right place to start. I also think that there are medical ways that you can try losing weight. I believe you might need to consult a qualified doctor or a psychiatrist to help with the same.
