Hi there ~

I understand your concerns and I believe that you need to prioritize them in order to get treatment. I wonder if having a baby is what you want as a consequence of losing weight. Sometimes, these two are not related. It is good to have good glycemic control to be able to conceive and have a good gestational period without any problems, and after giving birth to your child you might want to concentrate on weight loss. Diabetes is the biggest factor in determining the success of your pregnancy and outcome. I believe the asthma can be treated in concert and is an ongoing problem and you can focus or even think about weight loss let alone liposuction after you have prioritized your issues and go for what you really want.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
