Just relax.Your blood pressure is high that is true, but panic and anxiety will only increase further.Got it checked regularly, not hourly.Try to relax, have a good sleep and get your self examined by a doctor for try to find reasons for high blood pressure.Try relaxation technique.Avoid high salt intake like ready made juices, packed foods etc.take light diet and start regular exercise after your blood pressure comes under control and with advise of your doctor.avoid high fat foods. If you are having trouble like severe headache, vomiting and giddiness visit a doctor immediately or else you can plan your visit.
