Hi,get yourself thoroughly evaluated by a Physician at the earliest. If you have have consistent headache, nausea, vomiting, weakness of limbs, seizures, giddiness, blackouts, sudden fall-these are all signs and symptoms of stroke. To begun with consult a doctor-get all baseline investigations done to rule out hypertension and any end organ damage-if your tests and examination are normal then you need not worry.Get your BP measured twice a day when you are relaxed- in morning and evening at home for a week and note down the readings in a diary. If these are persistently high consult your doctor again and he will advise you either life style modifications or anti-hypertensives medications depending on your BP.No need to panic, with timely intervention and some discipline from your side you shall be doing well.Hope this information is useful to you.All the best and wish you good health always.
