Hi, I am 28 years old.height is 5 4 weight 75 kg.I am married and have 2 kids 7 and 5 years old. Currently I am healthy except my weight. I am not a over eater. I exercise daily then also not losing weight. Currently I have put IUD as precaution. Can you please advice me something for weightloss since I want to wear nice dresses.
FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO DO ATLEAST A BLOOD SUGAR AND TSH TEST AS THEY ARE THE COMMONEST CAUSE OF WEIGHT GAIN AND IF ANY ONE OR BOTH ARE ABNORMAL THEN WHATEVER YOU MAY DO YOUR WT WILL NOT REDUCE.
THEN YOU SHOULD VISIT A DIETICIAN OR NUTRITIONIST TO ASK THEM TO PREPARE A DIET CHART FOR YOU.AND PLEASE FOLLW THIS DIET CHART AND CONSUME SAME OR LESS CALORIES WHAT THEY PRESCRIBE.THAT WILL HELP YOU A LOT.
