On The Pill, Had Unprotected Sex, Skipped Periods, Spotting. Some White Firm Mass Seen. What Is This ?

I'm on the pill, and have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I skipped my last period. Last time we had sex was the 4th of July and I had been spotting for about 2 days prior. I figured the bleeding was breakthrough bleeding and last night I skipped my pill to allow my body to do it's thing. Today I passed a white firm mass that was spotted with clots and I'm not sure what it was. It was about 2-2.5 inches long/wide. What could it have been?

Hi thanks for the query.

As per your history, miscarriage is first possibility in your case. In my opinion, you should go for urgent USG to find retained products and avoid any serious complications.
