Hello, in a person with lung problems and weight loss, lung cancer is the first diagnosis to consider.Besides bronchoscopy ,to rule out lung cancer is needed CT-Scan.¿Has been made CT-Scan?.If CT-Scan is normal, your doctor should continue to investigate about other pathologies that cause shortness of breath, hoarse throat and weight loss(for example pharynx or larynx pathologies).I wish you good health.
