Hi, I am extremely allergic so I use about every type of medication there is to help. Because I'm writing exams now I decided to take one allergex pill in the evening to help me sleep and prevent allergies but I have never felt so paranoid in my life before. I also get really bad nightmares that keep me up at night. I have use allergex numerous times before and it has never shown noticeble adverse effects. Is it just exam stress or can it be because of the allergex?
