On And Off Tingling In Hand, Fatigue, Headache After Banging The Head Due To Fall. Any Suggestions?

Hello, i fell and banged my head last friday, and have had pain in the back right of my head since! Today i ve had a strange tingling in my left hand today that has been coming and going, a headache and have been extremely tired today. Please help, thanks, Megan.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had an injury on the back right side of the head on friday.Now you got head ache and tingling on the left hand, which is coming and going.
The injury on the right side will have effect on the left side of the body. Though it is not confirmed you should consult a neurologist at least to exclude the head injury.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods, to avoid neurological problems due to injury.

ANY HEAD INJURY KINDLY GET ON CT SCAN DONE TO RULE OUT ANY HEAD INJURY THERE IF THERE ANY VOMITING AND SEZIURES KINDLY GET ON ECT SCAN DONE
