Hi, Welcome to HCM. It could not be due to Torsion of testes. Pain alternatively right and left side scrotum along with abdomen pain and back pain possibly due to bilateral Epidydimitis (Epidydimis is a conducting tube system attached to the top of testis connecting the vas deferens to testis). It is common and may be due to various reasons like urinary tract infection, STD,Tuberculosis, Filariasis etc. If you consult your doctor, he/she will examine you carefully and along with some laboratory report he/she fix the diagnosis and treat you accordingly and then you will be alright.
