On And Off Severe Pain In Upper Back And Chest Due To C-section. X-ray Normal. Effect Of Epidural Or Surgery?

Hi doctor, I had c section 5weeks ago and shortly after I started having a severe upper back and chest pain. It comes on suddenly and gets so bad that I end up calling the ambulance but so far all tests, scans and x rays are not showing anything but it's still happening. It last for about 2hours and slowly goes away but it is so bad within that time that I can't even hold my twins when they are crying, what's happening to me, is it related to the epidural or surgery I had?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
As such you said that you under gone a spinal surgery recently so the post surgical even can be one of cause and should be ruled out first, second your all the test came unremarkable so, now for time being you can try some analgesic tab. NSAID is a best choice try this, and wait for some days it will go away, if does not go way then it will required some investigation, topical muscle relaxant will be nice too, try it also, have nice day.
