Oblong Solid Mass At The Base Of Skull, Left Of Occipital Bone. What Is It, Should I Be Concerned?

i have an oblong solid mass that does not move at the base of my skull approx 1 inch left of my occipatal bone approx 1/4 inch by 1/2 inch, and also a small one below the size of a b b, it located along the muscle....what could they be and should i be concerned.. it doesnt hurt unless pushed upon or when im looking down i feel pressure...

hi,thank for ur question.it is a grwoth of fatty tissue between skin and muscles it may be in body of other family members .it is treated surgically by giving local broad anaesthesia . it is called lipoma it doest become cancerous.wish u good health.
