Obese, pimples, scars, losing color. What is going on?

Iam 17 this january i am obese.and overwieght ..i want to grow to atleast 6 feet ...iam 5 9..uncle is 6 feet.....and ..iam having pimples and marks of to remove orignal color of skin is fair..but as iam growing it is turning brown..and my skin is loosing lumminous...of it slowly....please help

keep skin dry and airy
no application of toxic sops shampoo and oils and body application materials
use in food non oily non greesy and non fatty foods
take doxycycine 100 mg bd or minocyclin for 1o days and sos
