Numbness, Weakness In Left Arm, Heart Beat In Neck, Chest, Ribs, Muscle Twitches. Causes For Symptoms?

I have been having numbness and weakness in my left arm for a very long time now. I also feel my heart beat almost constantly in the left side of my neck , chest area, ribs, arm, fingers, hand etc. I often get weak and dizzy and have muscle twitches throughout the rest of my body. as well as sometimes a tightness in chest

The symptoms you have described are likely to be due to a pinched nerve at the level of cervical spine. you need to get an MRI of the cervical spine done to find out the cause.
