Numbness In Face, Tingling In Lips, Nose Bleeds, Twitching In Temple, Hearing Loss. Help?

In October of last year I had numbness in my face and my lips were tingling . I went to the E.R. and they told me that I had a Virus. The didn t do any kind of CT Scan what-so-ever. In the past two weeks I ve been having severe nose bleeds , twitching in the temple area (left side) and today I ve lost some of the hearing in my left ear. What could be going on with me?

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

From the details mentioned,i suspect the condition can be of bell's palsy or facial nerve paralysis.

A thorough clinical evaluation is necessary to give a final diagnosis.

Physiotherapy as well as muscle relaxants may help out.

Usually, such condition occur temporarily and will recover soon.
