Noticed Light Spotting While On Lutera Due To Irregular Intake Of The Medicine
I had my iud removed and started taking lutera the same day. I've been on it for 4 weeks but I have missed like 10 pills for different reasons, mostly because of forgetfulness. I've had some spotting during this 4 week span but no period since last month. Is it impossible that I am pregnant?

Multiple missed pills can cause contraceptive failure and may cause accidental pregnancies. The spotting may not be the real periods and you can go for a urine pregnancy test for reassurance.
