Nose Redness, Pimple After Exfoliating Face With Scrub. What Could Be The Reason?

Hi. I exfoliated my face with st ives timeless skin apricot scrub and the first day i used it i realized it made my nose red and i got a pimple then i told my mother but she didnt think of it as a big deal and now it is the second day im using this and my nose got even more red and i got another pimple is there something wrong with it ?, am i exfoliating too hard? oh and i also moisturize after.

THANKS FOR CHOOSING HCM,
yes when you use a scrub ,the pores get opened and the black or white heads whatever comes out leaving the pore open...
when you are exposed to dust etc.... the dirt particles result in clogging of pores and thus acne
and when you apply a moisturiser ,it makes more dirt to stick to your face

so see that you dont scrub your face daily
twice in a week is enough,otherwise you may reveal the most sensitive layer on the face which turns dark when exposed to sunlight and pollution
after using the scrub ,use a little amount of astringent on cotton to close the pores...
then you can proceed with moisturiser
