Normally My Period Only Lasts Four To Five Days But This Time It Is More Than That. Is It Normal ?

Hi, i am 17 yrs old and i got my period on Monday the 22nd. Today is Wednesday the 23rd and i am still on my period. Normally my period only lasts four to five days. It has never gone any longer than 7 days. What could the problem be? should i contact my doctor immediately?

As practically one month you are having period.
There may be hormonal imbalance or some problem in the uterus.
Consult gynaec and get examined.
