No Reduction In Prostate Side After Having Finisteride And Tamsulosin. Will Vaporization Process Help?

I have seen a urologist in Mihcigan for about three years. I ve had a cystometrogramy and cystoscopy. I m told that my prostrate is enlarged, PSA is about 0.04, they the urethia is being squeezed. They prescribed finisteride and tamsulosin to reduce the prostrate size. they said it would take upto about 6 momnths for this reduction to occur. It has been six months. I still have to get up 4+ tmes a night, whizz in bushes, along side the freeway and between cars when the urge becomes too strong. My regular doctor isn t real pleased with the passive approach the urologists are taking. He wanted me in December to immediately get a laser vaporization process to remove some of the prostrate. He is extremely concerned that I m in the process creating several adverse effects on my body by not getting this vaporization process done ASAP. your thoughts, please. Ron
