No Bowl Movement For Days. Vomiting Lime Green With No Appetite And Abdominal Pain
I haven't had a bowl movement since last Friday. Its now sat and still nothing. I Dont even have the urge to go. also it doesn't feel like I need to go. But I have been vomiting for three days. the past day or so I have been vomiting lime green. I have no apatite. and no abdominal pain what so ever

you should get an x ray abdomen (erect)
this should be done as soon as possible
an ultrasound of abdomen will also be helpful
too rule out any obstructive lesion
if this is ok
you can probably try some laxatives
