Newborn With Severe Colic. Bonnisan Recommended. What Should Be The Dosage? Any Side Effects?

Hi, my daughter is 45 days old and has severe colic. for the last 4 nights she hasn't slept at all. We were giving her colic Aid, but it didn't work.We have been recommended Bonnisan drops. I'm not sure of the dosage to be given. Recommended dosage is twice a day, but it doesn't seem to help, is it ok if we giver her 10 drops four times a day? Does it have any side effects? Also, we have been told to give her colimex if she cries uncontrollably...is colimex safe...and how many times a day is it safe to be given(5 drops).

Welcome to HCM,
Upto three months many infants might be having Infantile colic without any specific reason.
So nothing to worry.
You can give Colimax drops 5 drops as and when required.
You can give 2-3 times a day.
Bonnisan can be given empirically as it is an ayurvedic medicine.
Its efficacy is doubtful.
Please see that your child is not hungry and due to hunger she might be crying.
