HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

In terms of vitamins and minerals, there are recommended daily intake values for most of these. Many multivitamins contain these in sufficient quantities for you.

In addition to the use of a multivitamin, you should also use a diet that encompasses a wide range of fruits and vegetables to ensure that you are also receiving these vitamins and minerals from natural sources.

The use of foods with omega 3 is also important. This would be foods such as salmon, tuna, makerel, sardines, herring. You can also use supplements for these.

You can speak to your doctor about screening programs for cancer.

I hope this helps
