Need Treatment For Sciatic Nerve Problem And Hip Pain

I have harrington rods in place (23 yrs) and have started to suffer some different back issues,like sciatic nerve problems and pain in hips. Lately I am experiencing a strange vibration up and down my spine periodically. Numbness in one heel/ midfoot area and some pain when I flex it

I would get a MRI of the lumbar spine to look for possible issues with stenosis at the area below your Harrington rods.

The lower lumbar spine is where the sciatic nerve originates (L5/S1), and I would look at that area closely.
