Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports there is mass lesion in Right upper lobe (measuring 1.5X1.1 cm) and its margin is spiculated.
There is also some pleural reaction in apical region of both lungs and some reaction is extending posteriorly. It may be in the form of pleural thickening.
There is bullous( thin walled abnormal air containing spaces) changes in apical region of lungs along with pleural reaction and there is abnormal left sided calcification.
Get well soon.
