Need diet advice to put on weight. Underweight with weakness. No illness

Hi, I am Mansoor about 27 years old from Pakistan. I have a weakness problem since 2003. I didn t realize my weakness problem till 2010. After 2010 I am feeling pain in my legs and day by day I am losing weight. Now my weight is around 49 Kg which is really low when comparing to a normal person of 27 years old. I haven t any decease in common like al day fever . My daily diets are normal like a normal person s diet. But food is not helping me to be healthy. Kindly help me.

Hello Mansoor,
Food alone is not responsible for your health . your mental & physical well being also decide your health. So to gain weight / to be healthy
1. follow balanced diet & protein rich foods such has fish & lean meat.
2. Go for few simple exercise & morning walk so it relax your mind.
3. for few days have some multi vitamin tablets which have all minor vitamins such as b-complex, vit c ,iron , magnesium ,zinc etc
these tab helps to immediately boost your nervous strength & relive from leg pains.
