me and my girlfriend were having sex i pulled out to check and it was okay but when i went to put it back in the condom broke but it broke away from the vagina( my penis was touching the vagina) i did not ejaculate and pulled right away as i heard the pop

In order to be pregnant ejaculate must be deep inside the vagina.

As condon break is outside the vagina, ejaculate has not reached deep inside..
