Nausea, Lightheaded, Heart Racing, Anxiety , Headache, Abnormal Burping, Alternating Between Hot And Cold. Reason? Concerned?

50 year old female. For the last 2 cycles, 2 to 3 days prior to start of cycle (all normal) sudden onset of nausea , lightheaded, heart racing, anxiety , headache, abnormal burping, alternating between hot and cold which lasts about day and half. Today, day 10 of cycle experienced sudden onset of severe mentrual type abdominal pain which lasted 3 hours. Helped resting heating pad on abdomen. Should I be concerned about this or are these all normal things related to start of menopause?

hi, as you have rightly said it could be to the premenaupausal symtoms. hot flushes are dur to LH surge, if these symtoms are very severe, you can see your gynaecologist for hormonal replacement therapy. all the very best.
