Nausea During Pregnancy. Can B6 Injections Be Taken?

yes. my daughter-in-law is almost 3 months into her second pregnancy and is having nausea and throwing up around the clock. she is still trying to work and it is proving to be difficult. I was sick the same way when I carried her husband (my youngest son) the whole 9 months. I was given B6 injections once a week at my OB office and it greatly improved my sickness. Is this still a reliable solution for sickness related to pregnancy?
