There has been no change in my lifestyle but I do feel unwell at some point during each day from one or a culmination of the above symptoms.
During my last pregnancy 3 years ago, I was investigation for vitamin D deficiency which was never investigated post natal.
I am a busy working mum, working shifts as a nurse as I have for the last 10 years. But I do not have time to visit my GP and do not want to visit if this is nothing.

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Chronic fatigue syndrome
2. Anemia- either due to decreased Hemoglobin production or deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Folic acid, etc. which helps in blood formation.
3. Inadequate hydration status & electrolyte balance of the body.
4. Any fluctuation in the blood sugar levels.
5. Hormonal & metabolic causes.
6. Stress, inadequate sleep, etc.

Investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood sugar levels will be helpful to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms.

And it is also needed that you take certain measures regarding diet & lifestyle, such as:
1. Take soft, plain, non-spicy foods
2. Drink lots of water to maintain adequate hydration
3. Avoid fast food.
4. Keep away stress..think positive.
5. Continue regular exercise & practice meditation.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.

Wishing a Good Health.
Thanks & take care.
