Nasty Fall. Intermittent Chest Pain Right Shoulder. Digestive System Belching. Anxiety?
after a nasty fall 7 weeks ago I am still left with intermittent chest pain right shoulder rib tenderness. Originally I had neck ache but that has now subsided. At night the pain seems to radiate to the left side also. My digestive system seems to have been affected with constant belching although I wonder if this is anxiety.

X ray chest should be done for ruling our rib crack. I n 3-6 weeks it heals but muscular tenderness remains and hurts. Avoid jerks and coughing. for belching take ranitidine 300 mg once in morning on empty stomach
