Hi thanks for your question
Your mother 65 year old had an episode of sever nose bleeding 2 years back.
She was treated by Dr Atul and was advised endoscopy, which was normal.
The first cause of nose bleeding in 65 years old female can be high blood pressure that is why she was prescribed salt free diet.
The second cause could be local trauma usually due to nose pricking.
The third common cause could be untreated common cold of long duration.
Since your mother was advised salt free diet, that means she was having nose bleeding due to high blood pressure.
Keep her under the treatment of a physician, who will monitor her B.P and will help to keep B.P of your mother under control.
Hope I answered your question.
