My Stomach And Bones Hurts, Please Suggest Me What Should I Do ?

Recently my stomach has been hurting alot. Sometimes I get cramps(while not on my period) and at times it has felt like jabbing motions from inside my stomach. It also feels like my intestines or stomach or whatever hurts. It s not a I m hungry pain or a I ate too much pain either. And it also feels like in my lower back I have sharp pains. Or in my sides as well. My bones have also been hurting. As if they are bruised and sometimes it s just a pain all of a sudden that comes and goes everywhere. Some people have said I need to drink alot of water and it will go away. I just want to make sure what I should do?

I have been getting aches in the bottom of my back for a period of time on and off it seems to happen when I become thirsty its the feeling of the muscle in my lower back( or what ever is causing the problem ) are tensing and it causes me pain , Iam a female but It never happens on my period or near my period , I also suck in my stomach alot because i skip breakfast and it make really loud noises when Iam in work i think this may add to the problem , Can anyone tell me what might be worng with me ?

General & Family Physician Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani's  Response
It seems that you are having something like infection in your stomach or pelvic infection ,consult your family physician and get your urine checked to rule out urine infection, in mean time take light diet, drink plenty of fluids.
