My Right Eye Hurts Near The Tear Duct On The Upper Lid. Easy Way To Cure?

Hello. My right eye has been hurting/burning for about a week. It hurts near the tear duct on the upper lid. When I close my eyes I feel relief for a bit but the moment I open it, it hurts a lot. There is no swelling and it's not red and I couldn't see a stye in the upper lid. I went to two walk-in clinics and the doctors both said they couldn't find anything wrong and prescribed eye drops. The drops didn't help and I think they only made my eye sting more. I think I may have scratched the upper lid or bruised it but I'm not sure if I have the symptoms. It's really sore and I don't know what to do.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having burning sensation of eyes near tear duct.
This can be because of inflammation of the tear duct called as canaliculitis.
The treatment is by use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
Canaliculitis usually runs a chronic course and requires 3-4 weeks to resolve.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
