Hi there I have a quick question somtimes all of a sudden my both hands start to feel num what does this mean ?

Hi,simi,thanks for query.First of all you have not mentioned your age and other associated conditions like diabetes etc that you have.In general numbness could be due to some vitamin b complex deficiency or some form of compression of nerves somewhere higher above.It is better that you visit your doctor and get proper examination done and after that take treatment for this.
