my blood pressure seems to run 180-190/90-99. I am very tired all the time? Is this connected.? Im a 55 year old woman and I am not overweight(maybe 10 lbs) I don t work due to a vocal cord condition. I just want to sleep all the time but am not depressed. I m on bl. press. medication but the lowest dose. I seem lightheaded often and sort of confused.

please get it under better control you must see a doc and have your meds adjusted. Hypertention is the silient killer. thats much to high, you can damage your kidneys and end up on dialysis, or have a stroke etc..this is serious stuff and you need to talk to your dr not Y.A.
