General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There is definite disturbance with the digestive tract, which can be at the level of the liver, gall bladder, biliary tract, pancreas or intestine.
* If the colonoscopy is normal, the rest of the things as bilirubin, enzymes and lot more possibilities have to be ruled out for the final diagnosis and further cure.
* My opinion is to consult a gastroenterologist, get a series of necessary blood tests along with CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
