i woke up last monday and had mucus on the floor and all over me, then next day unable to use the bathroom then next 3 days barely, then next day i had a mc donalds burger and all hell broke lose , having diarreha. the past 2 days i have gone to the bathroom over 20 times not diareah but loose and bad gas when i sit and burping

add liquid antacid tds
anti allergic tab once a day
non spicy non oily and non greesy food for few days
lot of warm water
